Description
Fitted, hip-length knitted jumper with the pattern Ask. The jumper has 3/4 length sleeves with folded, hand stitched cuffs and a folded, stitched hem at the bottom. The neck is finished with a rolling edge – light and comfortable yet warm for chilly days out!
The jumper is just over hip length with two-colour patterning at the front and back and plain sleeves and shoulders. See measurements below.
The pattern Ask
The pattern Ask is inspired by collections of butter boxes at Jamtli National Museum in Östersund. You can see these boxes in the pictures of the inspiration behind the pattern. They were hand-carved into five parts, soaked and filled with butter. After cooling, the box was removed and a festive, patterned piece of butter remained – perfect for parties and celebrations!
