All EFK (Elmina Fors Knitwear) products are hand made in Elmina’s studio on Fjäderholmarna in Stockholm. The knitwear is made in 100% natural fibres and as such, please wash by hand – no tumble dry or bleach. Since all the products are hand made, variations in measurements can happen, but it should be very close to what is listed in the product description.
For custom orders, you will have to pay a 50% non refundable deposit before work begins. Before delivery 100% of cost should be payed. All custom made orders are non refundable when delivered, unless agreed otherwise.
Returns
Please get in touch within 30 days of purchase via our website or email elmina.fors@gmail.com if you have any questions or would like to return the item(s). When returning an item, the tag should still be attached and the item unused. The buyer pays the return postage, unless the wrong product has been delivered or otherwise agreed.
All products are sent with PostNord and you will receive a tracking number for knitwear orders.
Orders from outside the EU
I get many questions about how it works to order from the UK and the US, especially with Brexit taking place in January 2021. When you shop here on my website VAT will not be charged when you fill in a non-EU country as a shipping destination. The buyer will therefore not be charged for the 25% VAT that is included in EU-purchases. Any other import fees and taxes will be payed by the buyer when the item arrives at the receiving country’s customs authority.
