Very soft, felted shawl with a large scale zig zag pattern and raw edges. In this shawl I have experimented with floats on the back side of the knit. Floats are what the strands of yarn that are created when the pattern has large sections between colours. The floats are cut before felting which creates an irregular, textured pattern on the wrong side of the fabric.

Material: 100% soft non-mulesing Merino wool
Colour: Light turquoise blue with patterning in teal.
Size: 37x144cm
Washing: Hand wash with liquid detergent for wool. Dry flat and iron with steam on a wool setting. This scarf will get more textured after wash, which can be ironed out with steam.
