Description
Long,boxy jumper in aubergine purple and bright pink with edges in heather purple. The jumper has colourful cross stitches along folded cuffs and bottom hem in lime green and bright orange. Knitted in Shetland wool, so warm and cosy, inside of cuffs and bottom hem is soft lambswool. With a folded, stand up collar and folded cuffs, the jumper will keep you warm in the chilliest of days!
This jumper is a one of a kind – only one exists.
The pattern Kärlek:
This pattern was designed by Elmina Fors in the summer of 2023, originally for hand knitted mittens. ‘Kärlek’ is the Swedish word for ‘Love’ and literally translates to something like ‘Play of love’ or ‘Love game’. On the last picture you can see where the inspiration comes from – a smaller version of Kärlekens Ring by Tornedalens Hantverk. This is a ring that in it’s many forms have been used in the very North of Sweden as an engagement ring worn by the woman.
