The pattern Helylle:
Helylle means “all wool” in Swedish, but is also a word used to describe wholesome acts or people. Of course, the pattern is knitted in 100% wool with a tuck stitch / brioche textured pattern. Knitted with two strands of soft, washed lambswool on a chunky gauge, hand operated knitting machine, this shawl is wide and long, almost the size of a blanket. The knit is then washed and felted and sewn together with a felted bright red knit.

The fit is snug and warm and a more fitted mitten.
Washing: Hand wash with liquid detergent for wool. Dry flat and iron with steam on a wool setting. This mittens can be ironed with steam.
